2. General
We process personal data only within the limits of the law (GDPR, Austrian DSG, § 165 TKG 2021). Below we inform you about the nature, scope and purpose of the processing as well as your rights.
3. Hosting & server log files
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA; EU representative pursuant to Art. 27 GDPR: Vercel Inc. c/o EDPO, Avenue Huart Hamoir 71, 1030 Brussels, Belgium). On access, technical data is automatically recorded in server log files (IP address, date/time, page requested, browser/system info, referrer) in order to deliver and securely operate the website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, stable operation). As a US provider, a transfer to the USA may occur; Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, complemented by Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with Vercel. Log file retention: 30 days.
The domain is managed via easyname GmbH, Canettistraße 5/10, 1100 Vienna, Austria (FN 402196s).
4. Contact
If you contact us by email (e.g. info@ or events@bonvoyage.music) we process your details (name, email, message) to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Stored until the enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Cookies & local storage
We set no analytics or marketing cookies. The only technically necessary storage is your language choice (entry “bv_lang” in your browser's localStorage); it stays on your device and is permitted without consent (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; § 165(3) TKG 2021). Should non-essential services (e.g. web analytics) be used in future, this will only happen after your explicit consent via our cookie banner, revocable at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
6. Fonts
This website uses exclusively locally (self-)hosted fonts. No connection is made to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts) and no transfer of your IP address takes place for this purpose.
7. Newsletter
For the newsletter sign-up we process your email address on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) using the double opt-in procedure. Mailing service provider: [provider, registered office, DPA — add on activation]. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. Note: sending is not active yet.
8. Embedded third-party content (YouTube)
No external media are loaded automatically. Live sets are embedded via a two-click solution: only when you actively click a player is a YouTube video loaded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From that moment, data (including your IP address) is transferred to YouTube/Google servers; Google's privacy policy applies (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent via click). Links to platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Beatport, shop, social media) only open the respective provider's page when clicked.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR), as well as to withdraw consent given. A message to info@bonvoyage.music is sufficient.
